Panaji: The Goa Cabinet today approved the request for qualification (RFQ) document for the proposed greenfield airport in North Goa's Mopa village.
The Cabinet meeting was presided over by Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar.
The government will invite applications for RFQ in order to shortlist experienced and capable applicants to execute the project.
"The applicants' competence and capability will be established by taking into account their technical capacity and financial capacity.
